Fees

£45 for a one-hour session. 

I provide a free initial 20-30 minute consultation via phone or video call for you to ask questions, find out more, and see if this feels like the right option for you. 

I offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions to trainee counsellors and clients who receive a low income. Please contact me for further details. If all the reduced rate spaces are full, I can place you on a waiting list until one becomes available.
